Challenge

Goldie Group had an established online presence, but without a dedicated web strategist or developer, the website had evolved gradually and lacked a cohesive foundation. While the site communicated the basics of the business, it didn’t reflect the full scale, professionalism, or innovation behind Goldie Group’s operations.

Navigation across the site was not always intuitive, and the user journey lacked clear structure, which made it difficult for visitors to understand the full range of services or move efficiently from discovery to action. The visual design felt outdated and inconsistent, especially across mobile and tablet devices, where usability and responsiveness were limited.

Content had been added over time without a clear taxonomy or SEO strategy, limiting the site’s visibility in search engines. Internally, managing updates was cumbersome. There was no streamlined system for content edits, consistent styling, or building new landing pages — which made it hard to scale or respond quickly to evolving needs.

The challenge was to transform the website into a reliable, modern platform that balanced user experience, technical performance, and brand consistency — while accommodating a large and growing 40+ page architecture.

Solution

WP New England led a full redesign and rebuild of the Goldie Group website, focusing on structure, maintainability, and performance.

The project began with a detailed content audit and the development of a new site architecture to support over 40 pages. Service areas and content were grouped into clear, intuitive silos, improving both user navigation and search engine visibility. Special care was taken to establish a strong content hierarchy, from top-level navigation to internal page structure, ensuring clarity and ease of use across all devices.

Visual design was rebuilt from the ground up to reflect Goldie Group’s brand — modern, professional, and technology-driven. Every element was crafted with intention, from typography to layout spacing, creating a consistent and polished experience.

On the backend, we implemented a system of flexible templates and custom content fields to give Goldie Group full control over content updates without needing technical intervention. This allowed for scalability, consistency, and speed across future edits or expansions.

The final result is a responsive, fast, and future-ready website that reinforces brand authority and supports internal workflows.
