WP New England helped a popular food truck build out a website for their new restaurant.

WP New England was originally tasked with building out the website for Caribbean Taste Food Truck, a food truck who’s mission is “to share our culture with you through flavorful and delicious dishes that will give you the authentic Caribbean Taste.” After much success, Caribbean Taste decided to build out a full restaurant to continue sharing their delicious food with the local community, Area 509.
Challenge
As a brand new website for a new business, we had a lot of creative freedom in building out the website structure, design, and so forth. Website issues continue to complicate the restaurant industry today, from poor structure, to numerous third party ordering apps, to just plain difficulty in finding their menu. These would be things we would keep in mind as we built out their new website.
Solution
When building out their new website, we aimed to keep a heavy emphasis on user experience, menu accessibility, and website speed. Mobile experience, responsiveness, and speed were of utmost importance as people often check out restaurant websites on their phone while out and about. Additionally, integrating on-page and local SEO as we built the site was important to help potential patrons find exactly what they are looking for.
