Cambridge Neighbors was limited by a legacy platform designed for clubs rather than modern nonprofits. The outdated system made content updates difficult and failed to reflect the warm, human-centered nature of the Village Movement. The organization needed an accessible, easy-to-navigate site that empowered staff to manage information and better connect with their members.
Solution
WP New England managed a full platform migration and redesign focused on readability and trust. We implemented audience-specific navigation for members and volunteers, along with flexible layouts that staff can update without technical help. The final site is accessible, mobile-responsive, and gives the team total control over their digital presence.
